CRRSAA Act Reporting Requirements & Disclosure - Final Report
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education, and CRRSAA and ARP (a)(4) Student Grant Programs, the following information is provided to the public for reporting purposes and will be updated every 45 days after the initial 30-day report from the date CIAT received its allocation.
This statement acknowledges that the California Institute of Arts & Technology (CIAT) signed and returned a Certification and Agreement on April 15, 2021, to the Department of Education, and assures that CIAT will use 100% of the funds received under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(4) Student Grant Programs to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
CIAT received a total of $234,447.85 from the Department of Education under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(4) Student Grant Programs. The total amount of funds that CIAT received on January 11, 2022, for distribution of emergency financial aid grants to students was $234,447.85.
The total amount of Student Emergency Aid Grant funds distributed to students under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(4) Student Grant Programs as of January 31, 2022 is $234,447.85.
The estimated total number of students at CIAT eligible to participate in programs under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(4) programs and thus eligible to receive Student Emergency Aid Grants to students is 205.
The total number of students who have received a Student Emergency Aid as of January 31, 2022, is 91.
The methods used by CIAT to determine which students receive Student Emergency Aid Grants and how much they will receive under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(4) programs are as follows:
Students who completed the CRRSAA Financial Aid Grant Submission application
Amounts will be awarded equally to all who qualified based on the submitted application.
