Earn Up To $15,000 Towards Your Education

At CIAT, we understand that tuition costs can be burdensome, so our ultimate goal is to make sure your education is as affordable as possible. With your success in mind, we offer a variety of scholarship opportunities to help you reach your academic goals. Here, you can find out more about CIAT-offered scholarships, along with any outside scholarships that are available to you. Keep in mind that eligibility criteria, application procedures, and deadlines may vary. Scroll down to learn about our technical college scholarships. Scholarship awards vary by program selected and are awarded after Federal grants and loans are calculated. Scholarship award will be applied to the final class of the enrolled program.

Eligible programs: All CIAT programs are eligible for scholarship grants, however the range of scholarship funds vary based on program length:

  • Applied Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information – up to $15,000 per student
  • Associate of Applied Science Degrees – up to $2,500 per student
  • Certificate programs – $400 to $1,250 per student, depending on program length
 

Outside Scholarships

When CIAT scholarships aren’t enough and you have a personal investment balance remaining, outside scholarships are another way to ease the financial burden. Beware, many outside scholarships can take months to research and receive rewards, so it’s possible to start on your path today and continue exploring options for additional benefits available.

Students are eligible to receive between $400 – $15,000 in scholarships, depending on the length of their program. Click on each of the scholarship links above to learn more about the eligibility requirements and maximum scholarship potential.

We strive for a quick turnaround in our scholarship review process, with an average response time between 2 – 5 business days. All scholarship applications will be reviewed and awarded prior to the financial clearance deadline of the term you are enrolling.

You’re welcome to apply for more than one scholarship, however students will only be awarded a single scholarship per enrolled program. To make the best use of your time, your Admissions Advisor will guide you through each of the scholarship eligibility guidelines so that you’re applying for the scholarship where you have the best shot a positive outcome.

You may combine multiple scholarships if you have successfully completed one program and are enrolling in a secondary program. However, scholarship amounts cannot exceed $2,500 per student up to the Associate’s level and cannot exceed $15,000 combined up to the Bachelor’s level.

Yes, even if you have been awarded a federal Pell Grant, you are still eligible to apply for CIAT scholarships. 

For the Associate degrees and Certificate programs, scholarship awards will be applied evenly every term depending on the length of the program.
For example, a $1,250 scholarship for a program containing 8 classes as does our CCIS program, $312.50 will be applied to each class, totaling $2,500 total.

The Bachelor’s scholarship will be applied evenly in the last two semesters in the program.
