Frequently Asked Questions
Virtual Commencement allows graduates, friends, family, faculty, and staff to view the ceremony in its entirety and celebrate the graduates in real time on a virtual platform. The virtual components include a live stream of the In-Person Commencement Ceremony and personal virtual graduate recognition.
The 2023 Virtual Commencement Ceremony is on Friday, September 8, 2023.
The 2023 virtual commencement ceremony will start at 6:00 pm (PST).
Please expect the 2023 virtual commencement ceremony to last anywhere between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
Simply tag us in a photo of your decorated grad cap and use the hashtag #CIATGradCap2023 for a chance to win your choice of alumni swag!

While we celebrate your achievement, we would like to inform you that your diploma or certificate will be released once you have fulfilled all program completion requirements. Once all clearances are confirmed, your diploma or certificate will be prepared and sent to you without delay.
