My 10 years of industry experience is centered on helping customers and end users resolve everyday hardware and software issues in both customer-facing and technical support roles. I previously worked as a Dell Support Technician (06/2006–08/2007), where I assisted with diagnosing problems, setting up and updating systems, and performing routine maintenance. I also served as a Sony Computer Support Technician (11/2011–06/2014), supporting users with Windows and Microsoft Office, troubleshooting common computer issues, and helping with data backup and migration while documenting support requests. In addition, I worked as a Samsung Sales Consultant (02/2015–04/2020), where I diagnosed and resolved device issues and coordinated repairs or replacements while documenting outcomes. Across Samsung, Sony, and Verizon Wireless, I regularly supported mobile devices including tablets, smartphones, and Desktops and laptops, helping users get back up and running quickly and confidently.
I’m someone who genuinely loves technology and how it continues to shape the world around us. I have a deep appreciation for all things from the 1980s, especially the music, culture, and creativity of that era. Outside of work, I enjoy going to live music concerts, taking road trips with my wife, and soaking in those unforgettable moments in life that give you goosebumps. I’m also passionate about protecting animals and regularly volunteer my time and services to help others whenever I can.
