Health Care Management Adjunct Instructor
With over 26 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve dedicated my career to not only delivering care but also transforming how future healthcare professionals are trained and supported. My journey began with a passion for making a meaningful impact in individual lives—but it was the ability to create change on a broader scale that solidified my path. After years of working hands-on alongside providers in both urban and rural settings, I transitioned into education to share that real-world knowledge with the next generation of Allied Health Professionals.
My name is Tracy Arceo, I currently have a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management. I have my Registered Medical Assistant Certification, California Phlebotomy License and currently working on my Master Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I currently serve as the Program Manager of Allied Health at Carrington College, where I lead with purpose, empathy, and a deep-rooted commitment to student success. Starting as an instructor, I focused on delivering practical, relevant, and engaging instruction rooted in real-world experience. My work eventually led me to leadership, first as Division Manager at San Joaquin Valley College, where I guided faculty and empowered them to elevate student outcomes and workplace readiness. At SJVC, our mission was clear: provide outstanding education that fuels both individual success and community impact. We partnered with physicians, clinics, and pharmacies to meet workforce needs by producing well-trained, confident, and compassionate graduates. I’m proud to say that the programs I’ve helped lead have improved not only job placement rates but also the quality of care in our local communities.
