With over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, health plan operations, and organizational leadership, I have dedicated my career to strengthening healthcare systems and improving the experience of both patients and the professionals who serve them. Over time, I discovered my passion not only for improving systems but also for developing people—empowering teams, guiding emerging leaders, and contributing to organizational success through strategic oversight and thoughtful mentorship. I currently work as a Director of Operations for a Health Plan owned by a local Hospital. I oversee key functions such as claims, eligibility, customer service, contracting, compliance, vendor management, and network development. In this role, I collaborate closely with executive leaders and physician partners to enhance operational effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and support initiatives that advance patient access, quality, and outcomes. Throughout my career, I have led major projects in process improvement, network expansion, quality initiatives, automated patient communication systems, and cross-functional team development—all with the goal of elevating performance while supporting the mission of delivering high-quality care. I hold an MBA in Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, and an Associate degree in Accounting, along with specialized credentials in performance management, process improvement, training, and health insurance.
