Are you hoping to land a position as a technical support specialist, help desk technician or PC technician? With our Computer Technician Certification Program, you’ll be equipped with the foundational skills necessary for computer servicing professionals. What You'll Learn

As a professional computer technician, you’ll be responsible for repairing and servicing computers, servers, and other hardware for organizations and individuals. In our Computer Technician Certification program, you will essentially learn how to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain efficient running computer systems for professional environments. Some of the major topics you will cover include hardware technologies, operating systems, networking, and security. With our program, you’ll not only get hands-on technical training, but you’ll obtain problem solving skills which are critical for professional computer technicians. Since computer technicians are exposed to a wide range of issues, our program makes sure you are able to walk away feeling prepared to perform any tasks and solve any issues. Upon completion of this certification program, successful graduates will be able to do the following:

  • Discuss computer operating systems and hardware fundamentals.
  • Perform essential steps in PC installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Discuss network infrastructure, cryptography, assessments and audits within networks and networking environments.
