Quentin Miller has a long list of industry experience, such as: working for the University of California San Diego working as a Computing Resource Manager, he served as a project manager and primary developer of an OLAP data warehouse and ETL operations for PATS operations for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Department of Adult Parole Operations. Miller was responsible for system design, integration and/or development for selected systems, including but not limited to composing ERD and business process diagrams. He defined roles and processes required to implement and maintain systems and actively participated in meetings with project stakeholders and users from many disciplines to ensure developed and/or integrated systems. Miller stays current with online instructional technology, research new trends and evaluates new approaches.
Quentin Miller received his master’s in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix in February 2010 and his bachelor’s in Operations Management at Remington College in January 2005. He has coding skills mastered and certifications earned in C#, C++, IOS, Python, PowerShell, T-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MS Access, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Objective-C, Linux, GIT and GItHub, Apache, Android, and A+
Quentin enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and movies. He also considers himself a hobbyist programmer and likes learning new development technologies. He has a passion for teaching others, and his enthusiasm comes through in his courses.
