Background and Industry Experience

Alain Michel is an educator and healthcare leader with experience in higher education, healthcare administration, healthcare education, and organizational leadership, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to teaching and academic leadership.

He serves as Dean of Healthcare, where he oversees student success initiatives, academic programs and curriculum development. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, he is dedicated to fostering student success and lifelong learning. As a doctoral student, he has authored publications examining higher education leadership, organizational leadership theories, and leadership effectiveness.
