Accomplished Information Technology professional with more than 25 years of industry experience and progressive responsibilities from Application Developer to Program Manager. Extensive experience across private industry, including 22 years at Intel Corporation, and government organizations. Technical expertise spans hands-on software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution design using Microsoft technologies. Cloud platform experience includes Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and Azure AI Studio, with practical experience configuring and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot solutions. Proven ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives while remaining actively engaged in coding, configuration, system integration, and solution delivery.

I have over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with a career that has progressed from Application Developer to Program Manager. My professional background includes more than 22 years at Intel Corporation, along with experience supporting government organizations and educational institutions.

My technical expertise spans software development, application architecture, project and program management, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. Throughout my career, I have worked hands-on with coding, application design, and solution implementation using Microsoft technologies, including traditional three-tier application development as well as cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure. More recently, I have been involved in configuring AI solutions using Azure AI Studio, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot implementations.

I hold a Master of Science degree and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I am also passionate about communication and lifelong learning. As an active member of Toastmasters International, I earned the Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) certification and had the privilege of winning a regional Humorous Speech Contest. These experiences have helped me develop strong presentation, leadership, and mentoring skills that I bring into the classroom.

One of the aspects I enjoy most about teaching is helping students connect classroom concepts to real-world industry practices. My goal is to create an engaging learning environment where students not only understand the technology but also learn how it is applied in professional settings.

Outside of work and teaching, I enjoy public speaking, learning about emerging technologies, exploring AI innovations, and sharing knowledge with others.
