How It Works

The CIAT Workforce Grant is straightforward by design. Your employer already offers tuition assistance; CIAT helps you make the most of it.

Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility

Verify that your employer provides annual tuition assistance and is part of CIAT's Preferred Employer Network. An advisor will walk you through the process.

Step 2: Apply Your Employer's Benefit

Your employer's tuition assistance is applied directly to your program costs. CIAT bills your employer directly—no upfront payment, no reimbursement paperwork on your end.

Step 3: CIAT Covers the Rest

The CIAT Workforce Grant covers any remaining tuition, required technology fees, and mandatory equipment costs, so you graduate with a credential and no debt.
