Background and Industry Experience

About Me:

Shawn Wagner has taught introductory business and computer science courses as an Adjunct Faculty since 2019. When he’s not teaching, he works as a Senior Project Manager for San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) and consults for several Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining SDG&E, he spent 9 years at Southern California Edison (SCE) as a Senior Manager of Compliance and Operations within Central Distribution Design and Accounting and 4 years with Southwest Gas Corporation as an Engineering Supervisor for their Southern California division.

Industry Experience: Wagner attended the University of Nevada, Reno, University of Phoenix, and Capella University and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management. He’s certified in ITF+, Procore – Project Manager, Microsoft Office, Engineer-In-Training (EIT), and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
