13 years of cybersecurity experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), program development, training & awareness, and project management. I’ve spent time in government, healthcare, startups, and small businesses.

I lead the cybersecurity training and awareness program for over 16,000 at my day job! I have an M.Sc. in Cybersecurity Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, but long ago I used to teach public middle school students math and reading before I transitioned into cybersecurity.
