Instructions – How to Reserve Your On-Campus Hybrid Exam Session
Sign in to your student portal. Then, navigate to the ‘On-Ground Exam Sign Up’ section in the bottom left corner of your profile menu.
Click Midterm Exam Sign Up’ OR “Final Exam Sign Up. Choose an available date and time for your exam.
After selecting your exam slot, click on the ‘Sign Up’ button, then the ‘Schedule’ button.
Once you have scheduled your exam, you will receive a confirmation email.
In order to cancel your scheduled exam, return to the date and time that you scheduled and change your sign-up status from ‘schedule’ to ‘cancel.’
Please note that you can only sign up for exams for the current term. Sign-ups for that term will be available during week one. Future on-ground exam dates will be available to you on our hybrid campus resource page.
We encourage you to be proactive in scheduling your exams.

Midterm Course Information:
- Students enrolled in eligible CIS courses may complete their on-campus midterm during Week 3 or Week 4
- Eligible courses: CIS 100B, CIS 101A, CIS 101B, CIS 102A, CIS 102B, CIS 120A, CIS 120B.This option will expand to all courses by Summer 2026.

Important Notes:
- Sign Up Early: Sign-up times and dates are available on the first day of your course. Sign up early through the Student Portal (space is limited and sessions fill quickly).
- No-Shows: If you miss your on-campus midterm OR final hybrid exam, you will receive the MHA online housing rate for that term.
- Consecutive No-Shows: If you are unable to test on campus for two consecutive terms, you will be automatically switched from a ‘“’Hybrid’”’ to an ‘“’Online’”’ student for the remainder of your program.
