About HRM304 — Human Resources Challenges

The workplace is changing faster than ever — and HR professionals are on the front lines of navigating that change. This course takes an honest, forward-looking look at the most pressing challenges facing organizations and the people who lead them. Drawing from Jacob Morgan's research-backed framework of eight foundational laws of employee experience, students will examine where organizations have gone wrong and what future-ready workplaces are doing differently. From rethinking culture and leadership to navigating artificial intelligence, workforce expectations, and the balance between accountability and empathy, this course challenges students to think critically about the future of HR and their role in shaping it.
