About CIS120B – Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Part 2
After completion of this Computer Network Security training course, students will have the knowledge needed to identify and access a management system, how to write and maintain different types of IT security documentation based on the importance of policies, plans and procedures as they relate to organizational security. Summarize business impact analysis concepts that deal with finance, single points of failure, and safety. Explain risk management processes and concepts that pertain to threat assessments, risk assessments, and change management. How to prepare an incident response plan and the processes for incident response. Additionally, students will learn the basics concepts of forensics including order of volatility, chain of custody and data acquisition. Finally, students will learn about the many forms of cryptography and public key infrastructure as it relates to cyber security. Concepts that deal with symmetric algorithms, asymmetric algorithms, and cipher modes will be discussed, along with how to implement a PKI. Register for this CIS network security online course.
