Ready to take your certification exam? Submit your contact information below and request access to your certification exam preparation software. Select “I am ready for my practice exams” in the form below. When you have completed a minimum of 2 practice exams with 90% results or higher, proceed to step 2. The more you practice, the better chance you have to pass your exam.

Email screenshots of your practice exam scores to studentservicesteam@ciat.edu (minimum 90% or higher on 2 or more practice exams). Submit your contact information below and request access to your certification exam voucher. Select “I am ready for my certification voucher” in the form below.
