Sailors may select to register for independent courses available through the NCPACE delivery method or enroll as a part of a full certificate or degree program. An education plan documents all transfer credit awards and lists all the required courses to complete the desired program. CIAT Sailors are encouraged to declare their intent to maintain continuous enrollment or strategic breaks if an extended deployment is planned. 2. Document Credits: Ensure that all grades and credits from NCPACE-funded courses are documented and posted in MyNavy Education. This documentation is crucial for the transfer process.
  3. Obtain Official Transcripts: Request official transcripts from the NCPACE academic institution. These transcripts will be needed by your home institution to evaluate and accept the transfer credits.
  4. Submit Transcripts to Home Institution: Provide the official transcripts to your home institution’s registrar or admissions office. Follow any specific procedures they have for evaluating and accepting transfer credits.
  5. Follow Up: After submitting the transcripts, follow up with your home institution to confirm that the credits have been evaluated and accepted. This may involve additional steps or documentation as required by the institution.
