About Our CCNA Certification Training Program

Graduates of this Cisco certification program will be fully prepared for entry level positions as network administrators. This program prepares the student to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification by successfully passing two certification exams: Cisco Configuration, ICND1, and Cisco Configurations ICND2.

Prerequisites: Students be be high school graduates or possess their GED and be able to navigate within a Microsoft Windows environment using a mouse and keyboard.

What You'll Learn

Our Cisco programs are meant to serve as specified and thorough introductions to Cisco Systems. Successful graduates of our programs will be fully prepared and qualified for entry-level positions as network security technicians and administrators for Cisco network systems. Cisco programs at CIAT will also prepare students for the numerous certification exams required by Cisco. Upon completion of the Cisco programs, students will be able to describe the fundamentals and theory of computer networking systems and how they are applied in various business situations. In addition to preparing the student for the vendor-neutral CompTIA Network+ certification, our programs prepare students to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification by successfully passing two Cisco certification exams: Cisco Configuration, ICND1, and Cisco Configurations ICND2.

  • Provide network security for day to day business operations.
  • Implement and support Cisco firewalls.
  • Implement and support Cisco intrusion prevention systems.
  • Manage and administer Virtual Private Networks using Cisco components.
