The partnership makes it easier for employees to discover and access CIAT’s flexible, workforce-aligned educational programs through their employer-sponsored education benefits. As employers continue investing in learning and development to attract, retain, and upskill talent, CIAT is committed to helping organizations maximize the impact of those investments through affordable, career-focused education designed for working adults.

What Employees Get

Eligible employees can use employer-sponsored educational assistance toward CIAT’s associate and bachelor’s degrees, certificates, and accelerated certification bootcamps in high-demand fields including cybersecurity, cloud administration, artificial intelligence, software development, business, healthcare administration, human resources, project management, and more.

Depending on their employer’s tuition benefit accessed through Tuition.io, eligible employees may qualify for the CIAT Workforce Grant, which covers tuition remaining after their employer’s contribution, or CIAT Tuition Match, which matches that contribution dollar for dollar, in either case significantly reducing or eliminating out-of-pocket tuition costs. Eligible family members may also qualify.

Two Ways to Use Your Tuition.io Benefit

• Debt-Free Pathway: For eligible employees with qualifying employer tuition assistance. The employer’s tuition assistance benefit is applied directly through Tuition.io, and CIAT covers the remaining tuition, equipment, and standard fees for Bootcamp, Certificate, Associate, and Bachelor’s programs. • Program Tuition Discount: For Tuition.io members who don’t meet Debt-Free Pathway eligibility. These employees still save with an exclusive CIAT partner discount applied automatically at enrollment: 10% off Certificate and Associate programs, and 15% off Bachelor’s programs.

Stackable Programs: Bootcamp to Bachelor’s

Every CIAT program is designed to stack onto the next. Students can start with a certification bootcamp, build toward a certificate, and continue on to an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, with each step adding marketable skills, industry certifications, and credit toward the next level. How It Works

1. Log in to Tuition.io to confirm an annual tuition assistance amount through an employer’s education benefit.
2. Choose a CIAT program in Technology, Business, or Healthcare; a CIAT admissions advisor helps confirm benefit eligibility and find the right fit.
3. Enroll and get to work. The Tuition.io benefit is applied; CIAT covers the gap where eligible, and students attend live virtual classes and complete hands-on labs on the way to graduating without student debt.
