Through FedEx’s employer tuition assistance program, you can take advantage of:   

• Up to $5,250 per calendar year in tuition coverage

• There are no restrictions on the area of study or type of certification/degree program

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for FedEx’s tuition assistance, you must:

• Be a FedEx package handler employee
• Have completed at least 60 calendar days of employment after your hire date
• Enroll in an accredited educational institution

Please note that seasonal FedEx employees are only eligible if converted to a permanent package handler role. Their original hire date is the eligibility start date for former seasonal workers.
