ExxonMobil Tuition Benefit Program Eligibility & Overview 

The Tuition Assistance Program is available to all regular, full-time U.S.-based ExxonMobil employees after they have completed 6 months of service.

ExxonMobil covers 100% of the costs for tuition, required fees, and textbooks for approved coursework, ensuring you have no out-of-pocket expenses. 

Additional Details 

• Tuition assistance has no annual or lifetime maximum limit. 
• Courses must be taken outside of normal working hours. 
• Books reimbursed through TAP become ExxonMobil property. 
• You must remain employed at ExxonMobil for 12 months after course completion. 
• Approval is required from your supervisor based on business relevance. 

Application Process 

1. Discuss your educational goals and intended coursework with your supervisor to obtain approval. 
2. Complete the Tuition Assistance Request Form and submit to your HR partner. 
3. Once approved, you can enroll and submit documentation of tuition/fees paid. 
4. After completing the coursework, provide official transcripts showing satisfactory grades. 
5. Reimbursement for approved costs will be processed through payroll.
