ACP Can Help You Find Meaningful Employment
CIAT has partnered with American Corporate Partners, a national non-profit assisting post-9/11 veterans in their transition from the military to the civilian workforce. ACP focuses on mentoring, career counseling and professional networking and currently supports more than 3,800 mentorships.

- 1,967 veteran Protégés obtained meaningful employment during the course of their mentorships in 2020
- $86,000+ is ACP’s estimate of the average starting salary for Protégés who obtained a job during their mentorship in 2019 and 2020

ACP has successfully matched service members with mentors from companies such as:
- 1:1 and Customized – Hand-selected mentors for each veteran’s individual goals and provide support throughout the year

Program Eligibility Requirements
ACP welcomes applications from service members, veterans and spouses who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Active duty service members (including members of the Reserve and National Guard).
- Veterans of the armed forces that have served at least 180 days on active duty orders since September 11, 2001.
- Surviving spouses and spouses of severely wounded post-9/11 veterans.
- Service members who served less than 180 days of active duty since 9/11, but who were injured while serving or training
- The spouses of active duty service members
Take the first step in joining the ACP mentorship program. Apply for a mentor by filling out the ACP mentorship application. When filling out the application, be sure to add “California Institute of Arts & Technology” when asked ” How’d you hear about us?”
