About ASD 264 – Cloud Applications and Computing
This course covers amazon Web Services (AWS), the most popular and widely-used cloud platform, which will help the solutions run at scale. Then, the students will gradually get acquainted with AWS’s key concepts and the trade-offs and ideas behind efficient cloud applications. This course also covers cloud service models within highly scalable and secure applications on the AWS platform, S3 storage, RDS, and EC2, building real-time serverless environments. Upon completing this course, the students will be well-versed with the various services that AWS provides and will be able to leverage AWS infrastructure to accelerate the development process.
