Top 21 Tech Jobs of the Future

Have you ever wondered what the tech jobs of the future will be? Movies like Wall-eThe Matrix, and I, Robot paint a scary (but not too far-fetched) truth that robots might one day take over human jobs – and eventually the world.
But according to an article by TechRepublic, “21 Weird Tech Job Titles of the Future”, and a new report by Cognizant, human jobs will not disappear – they will simply morph. This is true even though technology is getting more skilled at doing many of the tasks we do now. “In the future work will change but won’t go away” the report states.

Cognizant identified 21 future technology jobs that are expected to be popular in the next 10 years. With technology advancing, it is likely that some human positions will be replaced by AI (Artificial Intelligence workers), but new positions such as Data Detective, IT Facilitators, Man-Machine Teaming Manager, and AI Business Development Manager will rise.
These positions and others similar to them will build a bridge between man and machine, helping others in the workforce understand how AI’s work, interpreting data delivered by these machines and monitoring the functions of the machines in order to ensure they are working efficiently.
Other positions will simply incorporate AI in their everyday tasks in order to work more efficiently. Positions like Financial Wellness Coach, Digital Tailor, and even AI-Assisted Healthcare Technician, will benefit from incorporating artificial intelligence into the workplace in order to better assist and reach their customers/patients in remote locations.
The report also talked about new positions that would benefit cities in general. Some of those tech jobs of the future include positions like Cyber City Analysts and Highway Controllers.
