It covers six essential areas of knowledge, including general management concepts, the managerial environment, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Part 1 of the course delves into the first three core areas, namely management fundamentals and planning.

It covers six essential areas of knowledge, including general management concepts, the managerial environment, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
